We talk through what we would do, how we would access it and roughly what it costs
We answer anything the committee will want to know
A written quote follows by email, usually within two business days
Tip: Email any previous reports, anchor certification, or a list of the problems residents keep raising before the consult and we will bring answers.
Before you book
About 30 minutes for most buildings. Larger sites, or ones with awkward access, can run a little longer.
Whoever can let us onto the roof and answer questions about the building. Usually the building manager, sometimes a committee member. You do not need the whole committee.
Ideally yes. Seeing the roof, the anchor points and the parapet is what lets us quote accurately instead of estimating.
No. The visit is free and there is no obligation to go ahead with anything.
Not from the visit. You get a written quote by email. The free photo inspection, which covers what we see on the facade, is something we produce while we are on the ropes during a clean.
